nhn Deer Lane, Roundup, MT 59072

Property Description

Are you looking for a secluded get away? These 20 acres are very private, with lots of Ponderosa Pines and quiet. The land suffered a burn 10+ years ago (see photos), but over 30% of the trees survived. If seclusion is your desire, this could be a great place for your own off-grid cabin far from the city lights. Located in the Bull Mountains 40 miles north of Billings and 10 miles south of Roundup, it is only about 5.5 miles off the state highway, with approx. 2.5 miles of dirt/gravel road from the pavement. The private road is only maintained as the neighbors determine/desire, so snow plowing may be required and a 4x4 is recommended when wet. Wildlife here includes Deer, Elk, Black bear, Turkeys, and grouse. Power is about a 1/2 of a mile to the south. The owner wants to sell on a contract for deed with 25 to 30% down. Call for details.
